What is CheckFlex?

The CheckFlex impact absorption starts just above ice level and carries all the way to the top of the glass. Using a 2" steel ice dam, and spring-assisted anchor rods, each section of the board system can absorb player impact individually, allowing as much as 3" of rotational movement (flex) at 42" above the ice surface.

A specially designed clip allows each glass shield to move in conjuntion with its supporting dasherboard panel, and independantly of the adjacent glass shield, increasing the total impact absorption.
