Bolt the boards together. A clamp will assist in drawing the boards together, while you set the bolt, nut and washers. An air wrench saves time tightening the nuts.
Bolt the boards down on top of the concrete slab (or ice dam). Use a hand wrench to tighten the bottom bolts into the anchors. Do not use an air wrench here, do not over tighten the anchor bolts, as damage to the threaded anchors in the slab can occur.
