The glass supports slide in and out of the system and are held in place by precision cut-outs in the horizontal members. There are no fasteners to deal with.
1) Door glass supports are extra heavy duty for high glass and door slamming.
2) Intermediate glass supports are flat at the rink side and rounded on the back.
Advanced Glass Supports.
This is the same technology for supporting glass as is used on high rise buildings. The neoprene gaskets are inserted into the extrusions so they remain in place when the support is taken apart. The face plate is an actual pressure plate that is torqued onto the glass for strong retention. Glass breakage in our rinks is almost non-existent. Glass removal or replacement is fast and easy. We do not have glass falling out on impact on our rinks.
This is the safest arena glass support system available today.
